Fort Knox Reenactment-July 4th, 2002The Patton Museum at Fort Knox is well known to enthusiasts who love armor. Each year the museum holds at least one large reenactment that features lots of running tanks and military vehicles for the public to enjoy. At the July 4th reenactment in 2002 visitors were treated to exciting action, such as a strafing P-51 Mustang and an armor shootout that included Sherman tanks and German Jagdpanzers! This video includes the actual battle along with lots of footage taken during the pre-battle preparations and post-battle movement of the armored vehicles back to the storage depot.
